Why I Started LuxeClub
I'm originally from the UK. I first came to Dubai as a tourist and, like most visitors, wanted to rent a nice car to enjoy the city properly. What I got instead was a nightmare. The car I was shown online looked nothing like what turned up. There were scratches they tried to pin on me at return. The deposit “hold” turned into a battle to get back. And when I called to complain, nobody picked up.
It happened again on my next trip. Different company, same story — hidden fees buried in the fine print, a vehicle that clearly hadn't been serviced properly, and that sinking feeling of being taken advantage of because I was a visitor who didn't know any better.
After moving to Dubai, I realised this wasn't just my experience — it was everyone's. Friends, colleagues, hotel guests I spoke to, all had the same complaints. So I decided to build the rental company I wished had existed when I first landed here.
LuxeClub is built on a simple promise: no games. The price you see is the price you pay. Every car is inspected before it goes out. Deposits are straightforward and returned without a fight. And if something goes wrong, you can actually reach a real person — me, if it comes to it.
I'm not trying to be the biggest car rental in Dubai. I just want to be the one people actually trust.
